this is mari blair. she was born on april 27th (exactly 10 days after her aunt's birthday).

she is perfect. and i still haven't met her :(

Jake sent me this picture last night. His company is having a celebration in pigeon forge this week. on the drive from atlanta to TN, they ALL stopped in knoxville so he could hug his parents and meet this sweet little thing (his brother's 1st baby)! I have to admit...my first reaction should have been to celebrate that he got to see her.

Instead, I cried. I wish i was there.

but, in one week i will be heading to the great state of Tennessee to see the greatest second family in the world and finally hold mari blair lacy. the countdown has begun. well, let's be honest...the countdown began about 2 months ago. Cheers to still having summers!
